As many of you know, Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank have been closed by bank regulators.

We were invested in Silicon Valley Bank in Core Growth Equity and Mid Cap.  Fortunately, in both strategies, the holdings owned were the smallest among our equities as a percentage of your total market value.

We do not directly own other bank shares in addition to Silicon Valley Bank.

As these events unfold, we will continue to keep you abreast of developments.
