Prosperity Wealth Planning 2025 Year in Review

Prosperity Wealth Planning

Happy Holidays! As we reflect on 2025, we look back on a year filled with growth, meaningful connections, continued dedication, and measurable progress in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

  • Growth came to the Prosperity Wealth Planning team this year with the addition of Easton Price, our newest Financial Planner (CFP®, CDFA®). In the short time since joining, he has already made a significant impact on our office and with our clients.

  • Growth wasn’t limited just to our office in 2025. We met our goal by welcoming 13 new households to the Prosperity Wealth Planning family! Thanks to your continued trust and support, we now manage nearly $265 million in assets as of December 15th, a 16% jump from the previous year.  We’re extremely proud of the six-year average annual growth of 26%. This steady progress reflects the trust our clients place in us, year after year. Your referrals of valued friends, family, and co-workers are the greatest compliment we could receive.
  • The past year brought exciting milestones and major life changes for many of our clients. We had the privilege of guiding 14 individuals as they transitioned into retirement. Others celebrated new beginnings in different ways, including 9 successful home relocations/second home purchases and 4 new grandchildren! We also cheered on 5 college graduates, marking the culmination of a lot of hard work and planning. It’s been a privilege to see so many of our clients reach meaningful milestones, and we’re grateful to have been part of each journey.
  • Giving back continued to be a powerful theme shared by many of our clients this year. We were thrilled to help 5 more families establish Donor Advised Fund (DAF) accounts, allowing them to create lasting legacies of generosity, bringing our total number of DAFs to 13, with contributions totaling nearly $400,000.
  • Changing tax laws enabled us to assist clients in taking advantage of tax-saving opportunities. This year, we helped 21 clients complete Roth conversions, setting aside more than $1.375 million for future tax-free growth—a smart move toward long-term financial flexibility. We also supported clients who reached their Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) age, processing 69 distributions totaling more than $1.146 million, another step toward keeping retirement plans running smoothly.
  • We also stayed busy connecting with our clients this year. We conducted 245 Spring and Fall Prosperity Planning Sessions, 43 Investment Review/Financial Planning Sessions, and 39 Tax Planning Sessions — phew! Beginning in 2026, we’ll be incorporating tax planning directly into our Prosperity Planning Sessions to make these meetings even more comprehensive and efficient for our clients.

  • This year, in addition to our Prosperity Planning and Tax Planning Sessions, we expanded our meeting offerings to better support our clients and their families through the introduction of our Investment Guidance Sessions. These meetings are designed to provide the adult children of our clients with the opportunity to meet with our planners and plan for their future. So far this year, we’ve had 11 adult children join the program and have held 15 meetings! One client shared how this session has positively impacted her family:

“Thank you Carolanne and Jordan for working with my daughter on her financial plan. She is excited to put into practice what she has already learned from Jordan and Ava!”

  • Family Legacy Planning Sessions, another new offering introduced this year, are meetings designed to bring families together across generations to discuss important estate planning topics, family values, and ensure open communication surrounding future wealth transfer and each person’s role in the process. Our first session was held this past October, much to the satisfaction of one client:

“Our family legacy planning session with Carolanne and her staff, and our son, was such a meaningful experience. The setting was comfortable and caring, allowing us to have open and honest conversations about our wishes and plans for the future. It was reassuring to see our son gain a clear understanding of our intentions and the responsibilities he’ll take on one day. We all left feeling grateful and better prepared for the future.”

  • We also introduced our Supercharge Your Finances - Financial Education Series and launched our first-ever YouTube channel to share these resources. You can now view our latest podcast episodes and Financial Education series on the Supercharge Your Finances YouTube channel! The links to our most recent videos are included below.

  • In 2026, we plan to release monthly financial education courses—short, digestible videos designed to help you boost your financial knowledge. Have a topic you’d love to see covered? Email jenny@prosperitywealthplanning.com.
  • We’re always looking for ways to work smarter for our clients, and this year we embraced the power of technology to improve how we collaborate, communicate, and share information. We’ve implemented AI-based tools such as Loom videos, Jump notetaking, and Vanilla estate planning. These platforms are built specifically for financial planning services and use secure, encrypted systems to protect all sensitive information. We continually look to adopt modern tools that allow us to work more efficiently behind the scenes and focus on what matters most: our clients.
  • Over the summer, we conducted our second annual Prosperity Wealth Planning Summer Photo Contest, and the aspiring Ansel Adamses out there did not disappoint! We loved seeing your amazing photos and getting a peek into your vacations and adventures. Thank you to everyone who participated and shared a bit of your travels with us!

  • It was wonderful to connect with so many of our clients and friends at our client appreciation events this year. From our relaxing Spa Day at Montanya Spa in May to lively gatherings in Plano, Texas, and Seal Beach, California this fall, each event was a great opportunity to celebrate and spend time together.

  • Speaking of fun events, we sponsored the tenth annual aMAYZing Kids Golf Tournament this past September, and it was both a truly memorable event and a huge success! Thank you to everyone who joined us on the greens for a great day supporting a most worthy cause.

  • Here's a Happy Holidays message from the Prosperity Wealth Planning Team:

  • 2025 was a great year for us all personally as well...
Carolanne celebrated a major milestone birthday this year (don’t ask!) in a big way, with a river trip in Europe and a birthday party with friends. She also went to nearly a dozen concerts this year (lost count!) and played hooky at Disneyland with her great nephew. Shhh! Don’t tell the team 😊.
Jordan spent the year with his family and fur family! High on the list was quality time with all nine of his nieces & nephews (proof that controlled chaos can be cute), and of course, little glamour shot moments for Winnie after her grooming appointments. He’s looking forward to a holiday season filled with his favorite people and pups!
Easton and Amanda had a year filled with memories that will carry with them forever. Among the highlights were their annual trip to Lake Powell, visits from family and friends and celebrating their 4th anniversary.
Jenny was on the move this year! She and her husband spent a week in Japan sampling incredible food and tackling a full day at Universal Studios (yes, they were exhausted!). She also made her way to Orlando to visit her in-laws, with her husband’s sweet grandpa stealing the show. Jenny’s closing out the year with a big family reunion full of her favorite nieces, yummy food, and great friends.
This year brought plenty of joyful moments for Ava, from cheering on friends at weddings to soaking up quality time with her favorite people - her boyfriend and her cats (in no particular order). It was a year filled with happy moments and lots of cuddles.
Steve continued to grow into his role as part-time babysitter and full-time Grandpa for his buddy Ellis. It turns out that Ellis is already a big fan of pizza - yet another thing he and Steve have in common! Steve also had a truly memorable trip through the Canadian Rockies via the Rocky Mountaineer train. The rest of his time was spent hanging out with friends and family, playing some golf, and contributing to the best group of financial planners in the business.

Finally, we’d like to wish every one of you the happiest of holiday seasons from each one of us here at Prosperity Wealth Planning! We’re so grateful for your continued trust and partnership throughout the years. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue helping you prepare, plan, and achieve what matters most. Wishing you joy, good health, and prosperity in the new year ahead!

Sincerely,

Your Prosperity Wealth Planning Team
