Option 1: A phone call to us at 419-445-5000 is always the best choice to reach a specific REP or a staff member to address your needs in a timely manner. You will also know right away if the person you are trying to reach is in the office or if someone else can assist you in their absence.
Option 2: Email the person directly and always feel free to add a second staff member to assure that you are getting the direct attention we strive to achieve. For reference here is a listing of all our email addresses.
